Coaching is not one-size-fits-all. Some clients come to this work navigating transition or uncertainty, while others are looking to strengthen confidence, leadership, communication, or a deeper sense of alignment in their lives and work.

Together, we create a process that meets you where you are and supports where you want to go.

Here’s what the coaching process can look like:

  • A complimentary conversation to discuss what’s bringing you to coaching, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether we feel like the right fit to work together.

  • Includes an initial Foundation Session to clarify priorities, identify goals and challenges, and establish the focus of our work together. Ongoing coaching sessions provide dedicated space for reflection, action planning, accountability, and meaningful progress toward what matters most.

  • An experiential coaching session that is designed to move beyond the traditional conversation setting. Incorporates movement and the outdoors to create space for reflection, perspective shifts, and deeper connection to yourself. Activities may include hiking or other outdoor experiences. (Los Angeles area.)

  • Develop the skills and confidence to communicate clearly and authentically in interviews, on-camera appearances, presentations, podcasts, and public speaking opportunities. Together, we'll refine your message, strengthen your presence, and prepare you to handle questions with confidence.
